We never know or care whether animals have feelings of pain, in terms of human-being has never been putting into the position as agricultural animals that being imprisoned and slaughtered simply because of the majority has either taken for granted or subconsciously chosen to ignore the cruel truth of how agricultural animals being treated.
The core concept of the series is centered round “Choosing compassion in the presence”, in order to have people experience the feeling of the animal. In terms of the innocuous and voluntary principle, the form had determined to be accomplished by street performance. Several stamps that represented QC procedures were made for the pedestrian on the street, then the performer stood next by the street and asked for making the stamps on his body. After few times performances had done in different places with some modifies on the stamps, postures, the processes had captured and well-recorded end up presenting as a documentary video plus a series of photographs in 9 pieces each at 300×400 mm size.
